Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based model where patients pay a low, flat monthly fee directly to their physician for high quality primary care services.
The DPC model eliminates insurance billing for the physician's services, reduces costs, and fosters stronger doctor-patient relationships with highly accessible, personalized care.
As of January 1, 2026, you can now pay for monthly fees associated with DPC practices using your HSA!

About Dr. Marian
Dr. Simon D. Marian, D.O., is a licensed physician with a background in internal medicine, primary care, and urgent care. He graduated from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2021 and completed his internship in internal medicine in 2022. During his career in the U.S. Navy from 2022-2026, he led 16 medical staff in delivering primary and urgent care to the crew on board the USS Portland (LPD 27) and beginning in July 2024, he oversaw the primary care for over 2,500 sailors from various ships in the Atlantic fleet. Starting in 2024, Dr. Marian has also worked at Patient First, delivering urgent care and primary care to patients of all ages in the Hampton Roads area.
He advocates for holistic, lifestyle focused, affordable, and accessible healthcare. He has partnered with Forest Direct Primary Care, with patient pre registration beginning January 2026 and clinical services starting June 2026.
